Event Overview

GW Badminton League 4th edition

Entries invited both men and women participants in mentioned categories. For the first time we are also inviting entries in U 14 and U 17 categories. Below are some details.

1. Tournament will be played in knockout format.

2. All games will be of 30 points with no extension and finals in each category will be of 21 points, best of 3 sets.

3. Tournament will be played with Yonex Mavis 350

4. Winners in each category will get Trophies & Medallions.

5. Refreshments will be available for participants.

6. Rs 50 off on all online registration done through Groundwala website/app.

Other Rules & Regulations:

All players must report at the draw desk 30 minutes before their match start time.
All players should carry their photo id card and companny id card (in case of corporate entry)
More than 15 mins late arrival from the reporting time will result in disqualification.
Timekeepers may be present to remind players to start the game on time. The players shall respect the timekeepers and start the game immediately after the first reminder.
Avoid walking on the courts and near the courts during rallies and games in progress
The score must be agreed by both sides before the next point is in play.
Players withdrawing 72 hours before will not receive a refund unless they provide a medical certificate signed by a physician.
Only non- marking shoes & only coloured clothing permitted.
No Shorts that extend below the knee.

Disclaimer: No nuisance will be allowed in the court. Organizer & referee holds complete authority to disqualify an individual or team.
